Every detail was good from the beginning, including rooms and cleanliness, I loved it. A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set in the room and the comfortable bed. A bath was spotless and everything was amazing.

It was neat, breakfast was perfect. The staff were eager to help and my stay was relaxing! Double room was bright, the beds were big. Smooth check-in, simple check-out.

Fairly clean place, helpful service, flexible staff. The bed was lovely and room was themed and silent. Phenomenal location a 10-15 minute walk from rowntree park. It was a superb experience in a HIP NEW hotel.
